FAQs
Q: Can you customize the things you make?
A: Yes! Because our items are handcrafted, most times a design can be altered to fit your needs. The best thing to do is email us using the 'Contact' form from the 'Contact Us' page on the navigation bar.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship anywhere within the United States and Canada.
Q: How much will it cost to ship my order?
A: We do our best to offer options when shipping. In most cases we offer several options to help you find the best price and speed.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: We do. At checkout, click to change your shipping address. A box will pop up asking you if you want the order delivered or available for pickup. We will text you when your order is ready, so please make sure you have an accurate phone number on the order. If you have any questions, use the 'Contact Form' located in the 'Contact Us' page to arrange a time and get directions.
Q: How long will my order take?
A: We hate vague answers, but in this case, "it depends," is the best reply we can give. Most items are ready to package immediately or will ship within 3 days, but custom orders or items created when an order is placed will take longer. Please see our shipping polices for more detail, and if you have questions or need to discuss shipping times, please use the contact form on our 'Contact Us' page.
Q: How can I reach you if I have a question about my order?
A: The best way to reach us is through the 'Contact Us' page.
Q: How can I get a discount?
A: We're glad you asked! First, if you join our e-mail list, you will periodically receive discount codes available to e-mail subscribers ONLY. We also offer all customers discounts throughout the year on various products, so follow us on social media (or join our email list) to get advanced notice. There are also a few collections you look through and build your own 'bulk order' for a discounted price!
Q: Do you offer subscription boxes?
A: Not yet, but it's something we're considering in the future!
Q: What kind of wood do you use to make your products?
A: We use a variety of woods to create our pieces. Our favorites are various plywood (walnut, maple, cherry, sapele, mahogany, cedar, and red oak) from a small business in South Carolina. We also use Baltic birch purchased from a local small business, and a product called Purebond from Home Depot.
